An Update from Petlou on COVID-19

Dear customers,

Greetings from the Petlou family. We hope you are staying safe during the ongoing COVID-19 situation. As we deal with these unprecedented times, we wanted to reach out with a few quick announcements:

• Your safety is our top priority. All Petlou employees are practicing physical distancing measures and following the guidelines set by the World Health Organization and Cal/OSHA.

• Petlou will remain open for business. We are currently operating under normal hours under a work-from-home protocol due to Governor Newsom's Stay At Home Order. We will continue to provide the level of service you are accustomed to.

• We will honor our shipping window. We are still shipping out all orders we receive within 72 business hours.
